Bagno Ida is located on the beautiful Maronti beach, which can be reached by car from the Relais Corte degli Aragonesi in about 20 minutes. There probably isn't a tourist coming to Ischia who doesn't already know, at least by hearsay, the word ‘Maronti’; certainly there isn't a tourist leaving who hasn't visited this magnificent stretch of sea.
On the surface, Bagno Ida may look like one of the many lidos and restaurants on the beach, but it is not! The service is attentive and meticulous on the beach, and the lido differs from the others in that it has both beach umbrellas and characteristic wooden huts with a roof covered in bamboo matting.
The restaurant is excellent, putting it on a par with more prestigious and more pretentious establishments.
